This Privacy Policy explains how Bby Wow ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.
• Photos you upload: the photo you provide to create a video. A photo of a person's face is personal data, so we treat it with extra care.
• Videos we generate: the finished videos, kept in My videos.
• Purchase information: which credit packs you bought, your credit balance and order status.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, render history, IP address, browser type, operating system and similar technical data.
• Messages you send us: emails and support requests.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: make your video and keep it for you
• To process payments, manage your credits and issue refunds
• To keep the Service safe, including checking uploads and videos against our Acceptable Use Policy and preventing fraud and abuse
• To provide customer support
• To understand how the Service is used and to fix technical issues
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

Photos, Videos and AI Processing

To create your video, your photo and this site's reference video are sent to Fal. Fal runs MiniMax H3 Max Recast to generate the video. See our Terms of Service for details of the AI technology we use.

We keep the uploaded photo and the generated video for you. To ask for deletion of the uploaded photo and generated video, email wsir78933@gmail.com.

Third-Party Services

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need to do so:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, and the database
• Fal, for generating the video from your photo and this site's reference video
• PayPal, for processing payments. Bby Wow is the seller. We do not store the full card number.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Analytics and support tools, to understand usage and answer your questions

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect people's safety and rights, including reporting suspected child sexual abuse material.

Your Data Rights

You control your data. You can:

• Review and access: your profile is in Settings → Profile (/settings/profile). Your credits are in Settings → Credits. Your purchases are in Settings → Payments. Your videos are in My videos. You can email us to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct: update your name and other profile details in Settings → Profile (/settings/profile). Or email us to correct anything you cannot edit yourself.
• Delete data: email wsir78933@gmail.com to ask for deletion of the uploaded photo and generated video.
• Object or restrict: ask us to stop or limit certain uses of your data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, email wsir78933@gmail.com from your account email address. We may ask you to verify your identity first. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, the UK, California or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights, and we will honour them. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may keep limited information after deletion where the law requires it, for example payment records for tax and accounting purposes, or records needed to prevent abuse or resolve disputes.
